As a CEO and leader, I want to know what motivates me. Don’t you? So, when a friend passed this free evaluation from Tony Robbins onto a few of us, of course I took it. The entire thing was pretty dead on. What I was most intrigued with was the page that told other people how they should communicate me with. Take a look:

Ja-Nae – is this from a DISC analysis? My wife and I are certified DISC analysis providers, and it is uncanny how accurate it is in assessing behaviors. Almost kinda creepy, but a very valuable tool for hiring and team-building.
