When NPR‘s Beth Teitell asked me to do an interview about how I loathe voicemail, I was more than happy to oblige.
As a creative economist, Pareto’s Principle is common sense to me. It’s how I have been able to achieve some many of my goals in such a short period of time. I mean, why in world would I want to sit and listen to a message that a person is likely to repeat when I get them on the phone?
